P&P Group Return Policy

At P&P Group, we strive to provide the best quality in printing and binding machinery services and products. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased or if you need to return equipment, this Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is defective, damaged, or not working as intended, you may return it for a replacement or refund. The defect must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product due to an error on our part, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange.

  • Unused Products: Products that have not been used or installed and are in their original packaging may be returned within 3 days of receipt for a full refund, minus any shipping or restocking fees (if applicable).

  • Custom Orders and Special Machinery: Customized or special-order machinery is generally not eligible for returns unless it is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for returns:

  • Used or Installed Machinery: Machinery or equipment that has been installed, used, or altered in any way after delivery is not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Custom or Special Orders: Items that have been customized or specifically manufactured for your order cannot be returned unless they are defective.

  • Consumable Products: Consumable items such as inks, toners, or binding supplies are not eligible for return if they have been opened or used.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  4. Shipping: Return the product to the address provided by our team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.


4. Restocking Fees
