P&P Group Cancellation Policy

At P&P Group, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and processes for canceling an order or scheduled service. We aim to be as flexible as possible, while also protecting our business from last-minute cancellations.


1. Service Cancellations

  • Advance Notice Required: To cancel a service, please notify us at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within this period will not incur any fees.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 5 business days before the scheduled service, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the service fee to cover any preparation and resource allocation.

  • Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations may result in a fee of 200$, up to the full cost of the scheduled service, depending on the amount of preparation and resources already invested.


2. Product Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders for products, machinery, or equipment can be canceled without penalty if the cancellation is made before the item has been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to avoid shipping and restocking fees.

  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product in accordance with our https://ppgroup.ae/admin/business-settings/page/return-policy  once it has been delivered.

  • Custom or Special Orders: Orders for custom or specially ordered machinery and equipment cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to cancel such an order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible solutions.


3. Refunds for Canceled Orders or Services

  • Full Refunds: If you cancel a service or product order within the allowed time frames specified above, a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable processing fees. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Partial Refunds: For late cancellations or cancellations of orders already in process (e.g., custom machinery), partial refunds may be granted at our discretion. Any incurred costs such as restocking fees, labor, or materials already used will be deducted from the refund.


4. Force Majeure

P&P Group reserves the right to cancel services or product orders due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as equipment failure, supply chain disruptions, or natural disasters. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and either reschedule the service or offer a full refund.
