950A Lamination machine

Semi-automatic laminating machine is a pre-glued film laminator which is designed and Manufactured according to the market needs. This machine can finish both lamination and separation processes at a time. The machine adopts pre glued film for the lamination of packing bags, books, maps and drawings etc. The laminated products will be water-proof, durable, of clear picture and spatial effect.

Configuration:

1. Manual paper feeder
2. Paper regulating plate is adjustable upon paper size.
3. Heating method: Oil Cylinder heating system makes temperature rise quickly and The temperature is adjustable upon laminating requests.
4. Pressuring method: Automatic hydraulic system provides big pressure, and the pressure is adjustable upon laminating requests.
5. Anti-curvature device: The laminated paper goes through anti curvature device and wont Curl after cutting.
6. Film cutter: If width of film roll is longer than paper’s width or length, then film cutter can cut the redunda nt film.
7. Perforating wheel perforates holes on film edge for automatic cutting to laminated paper.
8. Paper receiving table: Cut paper is sent to paper receiving table. Height of the table is adjustable.
9. The machine adopts onepiece structure design which makes the machine running stable and lengthens the machine’s lifetime.
10. Frequency converter realizes infinitely variable speed, and makes the machine’s running easy.
11. Enlarged size of chromed heating roller is mounted with built-in oil heating system which provides balanced laminating temperature and owns excellent temperature persistence.
12. PLC system realizes automatic paper separation, breakdown alert for self-protection etc. functions
13. Pneumatic film unwinding system positions film roll more accurately, and makes the loading and unloading of film roll and film unwinding tension much more convenient.
14. Double sets of serrated perforating wheels provide different choices for different specifications of sheets and film.
15. Perfected traction adjusting system makes traction adjustment more convenient and efficient.
16. Corrugating delivery system and vibrating receiving system ensure paper collection more regular and convenient.
