PP Group acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of used machinery.
We list the machines under the seller name "PP Group."
By accessing or using our website, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

2. Seller Responsibilities

Each seller is responsible for the accuracy of machine details, specifications, and availability.
Sellers can set their quotation price through their seller panel.
If a buyer requests a quotation, the seller will be notified and may send a formal offer through the seller panel.
Sellers must ensure that machines are delivered as described.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must review listings and request quotations before making a purchase decision.
If interested in a machine, buyers can click "Request a Quote" to connect with the seller.
Buyers are responsible for confirming machine condition before finalizing payment.

4. Payment Policy

Subscription Plan Notice

Under our subscription plan, PP Group operates solely as a listing and connection platform. We are not responsible for any payment transactions between the buyer and seller. Each party must communicate directly, confirm details, and handle all financial dealings independently.

Direct Transaction Guidelines:

Direct Dealings: All payments, negotiations, and final agreements are strictly between the buyer and the seller.
No Escrow Service: PP Group does not hold funds, process transactions, or provide guarantees on payments.
Due Diligence: We strongly advise both parties to thoroughly verify details, machine condition, and authenticity before transferring any funds.

5. Quotation & Pricing

Prices listed are indicative quotations only.
Final pricing, delivery charges, and taxes may vary and must be confirmed between buyer and seller.
As a connection platform, PP Group assumes no liability for the final terms or agreements negotiated between parties.

6. Liability Disclaimer

PP Group does not guarantee machine condition, performance, or after-sale service.
All machines are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis.
Any disputes between buyer and seller must be resolved directly between the involved parties.

7. Termination of Accounts

PP Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller/buyer account found violating these terms.
Misuse of the platform or fraudulent activities may result in permanent account suspension.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
