Shop Policies

Clear guidelines for buying and selling on the PP Group marketplace.

1. General Policy

PP Group is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers of used machinery.
Listings are displayed under the respective seller’s name. If the machine is sold directly by PP Group, it will appear under “PP Group”; if it is sold by another seller, their name will be shown.
By using our platform, you agree to abide by these policies.

2. Listing Policy

Sellers must provide complete and accurate information about machines (brand, model, condition, year, etc.).
Only genuine, working-condition machines should be listed unless clearly specified otherwise.
Misleading or false information may result in suspension of the account.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are provided by sellers.
Buyers may request a quotation (“Request Price”) when prices are not displayed.
All payments and terms must be mutually agreed between buyer and seller.
PP Group is not responsible for currency conversion charges, transfer fees, or payment disputes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and logistics are to be arranged directly between buyer and seller.
Sellers must provide accurate shipping details once a sale is confirmed.
Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations.

5. Inspection & Warranty

Buyers are encouraged to inspect machinery before finalizing a purchase.
Unless otherwise mentioned, all machines are sold “as-is, where-is” without warranty.
Any warranty or service commitment must be agreed directly between buyer and seller.

6. Refunds & Returns

PP Group does not directly handle refunds or returns.
Refund and return policies are determined by the seller.
Disputes must be resolved between buyer and seller. PP Group may assist by sharing communication records if required.

7. Prohibited Items

Counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained machines.
Items violating intellectual property rights.
Hazardous equipment without proper safety certification.

8. Privacy & Communication

Buyer and seller details are shared only for transaction purposes.
Users must not misuse contact information for spam or unrelated marketing.

9. Limitation of Liability

PP Group acts only as an advertising and listing platform.
We are not responsible for the condition, performance, or legality of the machines listed.
Buyers and sellers must exercise due diligence before entering into a transaction.
